Timothy Todd, PhD, JD, serves as Dean and Professor of Law at Liberty University School of Law. His research and teaching interests include taxation, business planning, estate planning, corporate law, and related areas. His recent book, Examples and Explanations for Partnership Taxation, was published by Aspen Publishing. In addition to his legal scholarship, Todd also researches and publishes in the financial planning field, for which he has won several awards. His financial planning research has addressed issues such as municipal bond investments, financial literacy, the use of robo-advisors, and the association between cryptocurrency and gambling.
